Wedding Transport on Waiheke Island

We are preferred transporters for many of the wedding venues on Waiheke Island. This is due to the great reliable service that we offer - we are here to make your special day go smoothly; one less thing for you to worry about.

Every wedding is different so please contact us for your very own personalised transport package. Have a look at our Wedding packages to give you an idea of what we offer. You can use the packages as a guideline and add more to them if needed, or contact us with your requirments.

WHY US?

We have an broad range of vehicles including a registered taxi service to suit your needs and we can be in more than one place at the same time. This ensures that everyone arrives to the venue at the same time – not too early and not too late.
Door to door service. We will pick up and drop off at any accommodation.
Our phones are manned throughout the night – there are always last minute changes!
Rates are based on passenger numbers – you don’t pay for seats that you don’t need.
Multiple evening drops off at no extra charge – great for older guests wanting to go home early.
We will meet and greet you and your guests and ensure that everyone gets to the wedding on time.
Our services are exclusive to your group.

MAKING IT EASY FOR YOU & YOUR GUESTS

Guests can arrange their own transport directly with us to get to their accommodation and/or venue. They can also book both their ferry ticket and transport on Waiheke through us - check out our ferry/transfer combo available for four or more people. To do this they simply need to email info@waiheketransport.co.nz or phone our free phone number 0800 372200 to arrange their own transport.

Please be aware that in peak season taxis are at a premium on the Island. The last thing you need is guests stranded at the airport or ferry terminal! We strongly recommend you encourage your guests pre book as early as possible to make things easy for them and to ensure they arrive at the wedding venue on time!
